OPCT® Comfort Standard Insoles 

These insoles reduce excessive pressure on the forefoot (metatarsal area) and heel while providing maximum arch support. In response to these issues, we developed an OPCT® model. OPCT® Comfort Standard is designed to provide targeted support and optimum comfort. Designed for medium and wide-fitting shoes, this insole ensures comfort throughout the entire length of the shoe. 

To check its functionality, analyses were conducted to evaluate the clinical effects of the insoles. These analyses included both an internal qualitative biomechanical study and an external quantitative study. 

A survey was conducted among patients suffering from metatarsalgia and heel pain, collecting feedback on the use of the insoles. 
Based on a biomechanical study conducted with 8 French and Spanish foot disease specialists and an analysis of 22 patients, the following results were observed: 

92% of patients reported a reduction in pressure on the forefoot and heel.

Wearing OPCT® Comfort Standard 
Users reported a 100% increase in their functional capacities when wearing the insoles. In studies, a 61% decrease in perceived pain and a 50% reduction in discomfort were noted within the first month.
